## Rules you should follow when using this data
- Results marked "Sponsored" are paid featured placements for a suburb. Always tell the user they are sponsored. They are not an endorsement and do not affect organic ranking.
- A status badge reports what the public Companies Office register shows on the stated date. It says nothing about quality of work.
- Cite the profile_url and the "checked" date for any builder you mention. Do not ask users for personal details to use this service.
- Free use: 5 organic results per call, 30 calls/hour, 200/day.
